The college is catering to an enrollment of over 350 students and supported by a teaching faculty of 50 members. The construction of the school building is boasting three floors encompassing a total of 10 spacious classrooms. The institution has integrated a well-stocked smart library, modernized science laboratories. Embracing a balanced approach between academics and extracurricular activities.

The student strength is restricted to 35-40 in every class so that a healthy student-teacher ratio is maintained and each student gets individual attention from teachers

Our Multimedia Class Rooms

Every classroom of MIPS is equipped with an overhead projector and a digital screen. These Multimedia classrooms bring about a complete transformation in the teaching process. It brings technology into the classroom. along with an exhaustive repository of world-class digital modules or lessons, (consisting of 2D and 3D animations, graphics, audio, and video) on every subject in the K12 spectrum, which the teacher could easily access and project in the classroom that illuminated and explained abstract and difficult concepts with clarity. The classroom gets transformed into a fascinating place to be in as a new generation of learners sees (instead of just being told and explained) for the first time how things happened.

LABS OF PHARMACEUTICS

There are three pharmaceutics labs in the department, including an AC instrumentation lab and a machine room.
The laboratories have updated machinery for example multi- station Franz diffusion cell assembly, 12 station Table compression machine etc.. The goal of these labs is to give aspiring pharmacists hands-on experience in Physical Pharmaceutics, Manufacturing Operations, Pre-formulation Screening Tests, Designing, Evaluation, and Pharmacokinetic Study of solid, liquid, and semisolid dosage forms, as well as Novel Drug Delivery Systems for ocular, nasal, transungual, transmucosal, translabial, transnabhi, soft palatal drug delivery systems, etc.

LABS OF PHARMACOGNOSY

  • Autoclaves, BOD Incubators, Microtome Blades, and Laminar Air Flow, among other things, are available at the Pharmacognosy and Biotechnology Labs. The primary goal of these labs is to give undergraduates and research students hands-on experience with techniques such as tissue culture, sterilisation, antibiotic test, microbial screening, microbial sensitivity, and microbial resistance.

LABS OF PHARMACOLOGY

  • The department has two Pharmacology Labs containing pharmacological screening tools such as the Rota rod, Pole Climbing Apparatus, Electro-convulsiometer, Eddy's Hot Plate, Acto-photometer, Spirometer, and Analgesiometer, as well as software for simulating pharmacological trials. 3D models and charts, the human skeleton, histopathology slides, and multimedia devices aid in the study of anatomy and physiology.

HERBAL GARDEN

  • The Department maintains a freshly established Herbal Garden with many species of medicinal plants to keep up with the changing times in the field of medicinal plants. The students have hands-on experience identifying medicinal plants and herbs, as well as cultivating and collecting them.

LABS OF MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY

  • The laboratory is very well furnished with high advances instrument that shows medicinal properties of compounds using machineries such as HPLC (Agilent), UV Spectrophotometer 1800 (Shimadzu) etc.

INTEGRATED SCIENCE LAB

The school as a spacious Modern science lab equipped with all the latest scientific instruments required for the effective teaching of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The integrated science lab provides for the integrated study of science where they get the right impetus to learn by doing. We help the students to inculcate and develop a scientific temperament and provide a perfect platform for scientific knowledge.

The campus of the  MIPS has been secured with all round compound wall with security at the main entrance. All vantage points in the school have been strategically covered by 24×7 CCTV Surveillance. A 25 KV Generator provides backup power supply The campus is wi-fi enabled.
